Majrova Purple Top White Globe Medium variety. The roots are round, white with a pink-violet surface, the flesh is juicy. Seeds are sown directly into the soil or seedlings are planted. Harvested within 60 days of planting the seedlings. Roots are used fresh, cooked, marinated. It keeps well during the winter. Not demanding on the soil, but in lack of moisture or late harvest becomes hard and unpalatable.
