Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on theseedstore.eu, operated by Idéladan AB, a company based in Sweden.
Theseedstore offers seeds, bulbs, tubers, and gardening products designed to make growing easy and inspiring.

These terms apply to all orders placed by customers outside of Sweden.


Personal Data

You have the right to request information about how we handle your personal data, and to request that it be corrected or deleted, in accordance with our privacy policy.

We aim to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.


Delivery Terms

We process your order as quickly as possible – usually on the same or next business day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country but are typically 4–10 business days.

During peak seasons, handling times may be longer.

Orders are normally shipped with PostNord or other international carriers, depending on what ensures the fastest and most reliable delivery.

We are not financially responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, you must report this to the carrier immediately and file a damage report. Do not collect visibly damaged parcels.

If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us (approx. 1 month for parcels, 14 days for letters), we charge a handling fee of 350 SEK.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and delivery country.
 

We reserve the right for out-of-stock items and backorders from our suppliers which may affect delivery time.


Right of Withdrawal and Claims

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the goods, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or items with broken seals or opened packaging.

Claims / Complaints

You are entitled to make a complaint within 3 years if the product proves to be defective.

You may claim a product if:

  • You received the wrong seed variety.

  • The seeds are damaged upon delivery.

  • Germination is extremely poor and there is reasonable suspicion that the batch is defective.

In the case of poor germination, please document your sowing conditions (e.g. date, photos, soil, temperature, watering), as germination is highly influenced by external factors.

Bulbs and Tubers

These items can be claimed if:

  • They are in very poor condition upon delivery.

  • The wrong species or variety was sent.

Complaints do not apply if deterioration is caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.


Incorrect Deliveries

If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at kundservice@allafroer.se and we will assist you.
Of course, we will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item as well as the shipment of the correct one.


Payment

We offer secure payment options through trusted payment providers. Available methods may vary by country and are displayed at checkout.


Minimum Order

There is no minimum order requirement.


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be resolved by contacting our customer support.
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and refer to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform:
