Tomato Ponderosa Pink is a traditional beefsteak tomato variety from the USA and can reach a weight of up to 300g. The fruits ripen to a beautiful bright red to pink, are very juicy with lots of fruit fresh and few seeds. They have a mild and typical tomato flavor. Because they are very firm, they are suitable for salads, as well as for cooking and preserving. The plants are up to 180 cm tall and produce very high yields, but the tomatoes ripen relatively late.
