The taste of this sand mustard is often compared to wasabi, so it's really strong! Can be grown both outdoors and in pots. Also excellent for growing indoors all year round, where the leaves have a slightly milder flavor. In high summer the plant will flower easily - pinch off any flower stalks. For an even supply of fresh sand mustard, sowing should be repeated every few weeks. Cover with non-woven fabric to prevent insect infestation. Harvest gradually when the leaves are about 7 cm long.
