Red cabbage Kalibos Medium-late variety. Mature within 100-115 days after planting the seedlings. Heads are oblong, firm, weighing 2.0-2.5 kg. Used fresh, particularly suitable for sauerkraut, as the leaves contain sugar. Grows well in fertilized, non-acidic, moderate and slightly clay-rich soil. Acidic soil needs lime. Cabbage is grown in the same field after 4-5 years at the earliest.
