Onion Grenada Early, high-yielding onion variety. After sowing, harvests within 120-125 days. Onions have red-purple skin, mild flavor and weigh about 190 grams. Goes very well with salads. Holds up quite well in winter. Grows best in an open, sunny position. Grows well in sandy loam and humus - rich, fairly dry light sandy loam. Suitable preceding crops for onions are beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes.
