Food onion Albienka Medieval variety. Ripens 125 days after sowing. The bulbs are flat round, with a white skin, weigh about 105 g and have a mild flavor. Use fresh, suitable for short-term storage. Onions of this variety can be grown as spring onions and for small bulbs (for canning). Sow outdoors in late April or early May. Grows well in sandy loam and in humus - rich, fairly dry light sandy loam.
