Climbing leaf vegetable with decorative red stems and dark green leaves. Sow one seed/pot and germinate at 25°C. Pick leaves as needed or harvest the whole plant when it is more than a metre tall. In that case leave about 20 cm of the stem and a few suckers so it grows back. Great to use when cooking, both the leaves and the stems can be used like spinach. Also good in gratins, and a few leaves will thicken a stew. Can take a little time to germinate.
