Parsley moss curled is a biennial. Used fresh as a flavoring in many dishes and salads and as a decoration. Can be frozen. Sowing: In April-June. It takes 2-3 weeks for the seeds to germinate. Soak the seeds 2-3 days before sowing, changing the water a couple of times, so the seeds will germinate faster. Can also be sown in late Sept-Oct for early spring germination. Thrives on most well-fertilized soils.
