Kale Westlandse Winter, Organic is an organic seed. Easy-to-grow kale that can be harvested gradually, either as a baby leaf or by letting the plants grow large. Good in salads and stews. If sown indoors, germinate at about 22°C. Can be left outside during the winter, grateful to harvest from for a long period. Becomes slightly rippled after frost. May need protection if you have problems with deer and hares.
