Gigante d'Italia parsley is an organic seed. Parsley with smooth leaves that make it very decorative. Harvest leaves as needed and well into autumn. The plant overwinters, at least in the southern part of the country. Then gives an early harvest in year 2, before it blooms. Freezes well. Thrives in a nutrient-rich, well-drained soil.
