Eggplant tsakoniki is a medieval variety for growing in greenhouses. Ripens within 75-85 days after planting seedlings. Plant height - 65-70 cm. The fruits are 22-24 cm long, with purple skin with white stripes. The meat is white, firm and has no bitter aftertaste. Can be fried, stewed and preserved. Suitable for making sauces, stuffing, grilling.
