Carrot Purple sun H is an early, high-yielding, resistant hybrid. It can also be grown for fall harvest or storage, in which case the seeds should be sown from May 20 to June 10. The roots are 25-30 cm long, sweet and aromatic. They contain the natural pigment anthocyanin, which turns the roots purple, inside and out. This variety does not lose its color even after being heat treated. Pre-digested fresh, suitable for salads and juices.
