Carrot Amsterdam 2 is an early variety. Grown for immediate consumption and longer storage. Suitable for sowing lettuce and summer crops. Roots 15-17 cm long, small core. Grows best in humus-rich, not moist loamy or sandy loam soil. Can be sown in the fall. Carrots are sown in the same place not earlier than after 4-5 years.
