Savoy cabbage Convoy F1 is a hardy and grateful savoy cabbage with dark green and lush leaves. Try eating it buttered or au gratin with parmesan. Thrives best in a clayey, loamy, nutrient-rich and well-drained soil. Water in case of drought. Change the location every year. Propagate 4-6v before transplanting. Sow on moistened seed soil. Cover thinly with soil. Keep moist. Keep warm (+22°C). After emergence, bright and cooler. When the plants are big enough to handle put 1/pot in fertilized soil. Soften the plants before transplanting. It can be direct sown but pre-planting is recommended.
