Everything you need for your cultivation
Organic seed. A deliciously polka-dotted beetroot with a sweeter taste than the usual red. Suitable for eating fresh, cooked with a little butter or for pickling. The young leaves can be used in the same way as chard. So not too early! The plants may flower if exposed to spring frosts. They do not produce a harvest. Thrives in nutrient-rich, loamy and moisture-retentive soil. Thinning early. Loosen the soil around the plants. Fertilize with potassium-rich fertilizers.
Direct sowing: Water the seed row before sowing. Keep the seedbed moist until the seeds germinate. If you soak the seeds a few hours before sowing, they will germinate faster.
