Traditional German white cabbage.
The head resembles a huge pointed cabbage, but is a hardy and slightly loose good white cabbage, traditionally used for sauerkraut. Can also be steamed, boiled or used in salads. Slowly develops very large, fine heads. Cannot be stored in winter. Place in a sunny location in nutrient and humus rich soil.
