Sorrel Lyonski One of the earliest perennial leafy vegetables. Harvested within 45-50 days after seed germination. Sorrel is not demanding for soil, but likes moist, slightly acidic, humus-rich sandy loam. Can grow in the shade. Grows best in temperatures of +13-18 °C. The highest harvest is expected in the second and third year of cultivation. Can grow for 3-4 years in the same location. If sown in mid-summer, harvest in the spring of the next year.
