Lettuce Maiko Medieval butterhead lettuce variety resistant to pseudoperonospora cubensis. Make an open mind. The leaves are reddish-brown, smooth, slightly wavy, firm, delicious. Can be grown all year round in the open air, under cover and in greenhouses. Good for potting. Grows best in loose, fertile soil. Grows poorly in shade. Moisture demanding - should be watered infrequently but abundantly.
