Garden carnation Enfant de Nice is grown as an annual or biennial, 45 cm high flower. The flowers are double, 4-7 cm in diameter, with a pleasant scent, picked for small bouquets. If sown in early spring - it will flower in the first half of the summer. If you want these flowers in late summer and early spring, sow them in mid-summer. Grow well and flower in heavier soil, sunny locations. Planted in beds of perennial flowers.
