A flower that really takes care of itself! Flowers in an intense yellow color with red markings from the center. Nice to grow in an ampel, balcony box, against a trellis and as a ground cover. The flowers are edible, decorative in salads. Thrives well in lean and well-drained soil. In overly nutritious soil, the leaves develop at the expense of the flowers. Put the seeds in warm water 1 day before sowing, so they germinate more safely.
