Fennel Romy is an early maturing variety. Vegetation period - 70-75 days after sowing. The lamp is round, weighs 350-400 g. Fennel is dill's closest relative but the taste and smell is anise-like. They can be used in salads and soups and are suitable for stewing, grilling, dried pieces of onion and leaves can be used for seasoning dishes. Seeds may be used to flavour pickled or canned vegetables.
