Everything you need for your cultivation
Purple Ufo Chili is a rather rare variety with purple and a very incredible shape: like little ufos hanging on the plant. They ripen from dark purple to orange-red to red and have a mild, pleasant heat. The flavor is a mixture of sweet apple and paprika and they are great to eat raw, grilled or stuffed, for example with cream cheese. The plants are slender, not very branched and can grow very large.
Care: The germination temperature is between 22°C and 28°C (germination period: 6-20 days); it is therefore recommended to use a greenhouse and a heating mat. The plants need healthy, well-fertilized permeable soil and should not be left in standing water. They should be placed in a sunny, sheltered location with at least 6 hours of sunlight per day, if not more. Place the plants outdoors about 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost. When planting the plants outdoors, make sure to leave at least 45 cm of space between each plant.
