Aulxito garlic is a very early variety with a pure white skin. It produces about 15 - 20 large cloves per garlic. Recommended to be used within six months of harvest. Plant the garlic cloves in the fall, about six weeks before the first frost is expected. Place the cloves pointing upwards, about 5 cm deep and with a distance of 15 cm between each clove.
Garlic Aulxito thrives best in well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter. Water regularly but avoid getting the soil too wet, which can lead to rot.
Harvest the garlic when the leaves start to yellow and wilt. Let the pulled bulbs dry in the sun for a few days before storing.
