These terms of purchase and delivery apply to Allafroer.se, which is owned and operated by Idéladan AB.
Allafröer.se offers seeds, plants and growing products with the aim of making growing easy and fun.
The terms and conditions apply to all purchases and orders made on the site by customers residing in Sweden.
As our customer, you have the right to request information about your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. You also have the right to request that your personal data be amended or deleted.

We aim to respond to your request within 24 hours.

Purchase agreement

A purchase contract is concluded when you choose to register your order at the checkout. Order confirmation is then generated automatically without manual review. If there is a possible error in the order, we will contact you to handle the matter further, whether it is a reservation, a change in the delivery time of the product you ordered or other unforeseen events.
Age limit
We only enter into a contract with an adult (18 years and over), or a minor with the permission and consent of the parent. Possible exceptions exist in accordance with the Parental Code.
Prices
The prices we have on the site are prices including VAT. VAT is included in the total cost you see at checkout, unless you change it to a business order. Price adjustments may also be made at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs. Any shipping costs will be added at checkout before you make your purchase.

Method of payment

We offer payment via Klarna.
With Klarna checkout, you can pay with all of Klarna’s payment options: Pay Immediately (card payments, bank transfer and Klarna Direct), Pay Later (invoice) and Split (6, 12, 24 and 36 month installment plan and flexible payments).
Offers
Valid while stocks last for each product or until the end of the offer. We reserve the right to sell out.

Deliveries & Shipping methods

We use PostNord and DHL to deliver our goods from our own warehouse.
Most seed orders are sent as either a letter or a letter with Postnord. More bulky or heavier products are sent as parcels either by Postnord or DHL.
Some products are sent directly from our suppliers, in which case delivery can be made by other carriers.

Delivery time

Orders are normally dispatched within 0-3 days. Our goal is to pack all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.
If a product has a delivery time that deviates from this, it is indicated for each product.
Plants normally have a delivery time of up to 10 days. The delivery time of a plant can be found in the product information.
Delays
We want to be fast on deliveries and do our best to make it your perception when ordering from allafröer.se. However, sometimes delays can occur and we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day.
We reserve the right to sell out and for any backorders from our suppliers that may affect the delivery time.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is always shown at our checkout. We deliver to the whole EU plus Norway
We offer free shipping for Swedish seed orders over 250kr.

Uncollected parcels

For packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning the package to us.
For undelivered packages with live plants, the order amount is not refunded as the plants are destroyed by the transportation time.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a general right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance and off-premises purchases. Exceptions include goods that can deteriorate rapidly. Live plants are included in this category and therefore there is no right of withdrawal for live plants and bulbs ordered from us. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to customized products. The right of withdrawal starts from the moment you receive the goods.
To make your return as smooth as possible, we recommend that you contact us before returning your products at info@allafroer.se and we will help you with information on how to return your products. You pay for the return shipping and the products are sent back to us in their original packaging. The item must be in new and unused condition. You have the right to examine the goods carefully. After we have received and checked your returned products, we will refund the amount you have paid to your account within 14 days.

Skin delivery

If we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us at kundservice@allafroer.se and we will help you get the right items. Of course, we cover the return shipping of the faulty products and the correct products to you.

Complaints

Under the Consumer Sales Act, you have 3 years to make a complaint about a product you have bought. Always check that the goods are in perfect condition when you receive them. A product can be claimed if the product has a manufacturing defect or is otherwise defective. In case of transport damage, report this directly to the carrier upon receipt of the goods and email us at kundservice@allafroer.se and we will help you with your claim.

Subscription

Customers must be at least 18 years old to apply for a subscription.
Our goal is to offer exciting and affordable subscription boxes for you as a grower.
Once you have ordered your subscription, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you have provided.
The subscription agreement means that you, the customer, will receive a product once per calendar month to the specified address. The product usually consists of several different goods delivered in a specific package/box.

Price of subscription

The price of the subscription includes VAT and shipping.
You pay your subscription on the last working day of each month and we send your subscription the following week.

Period of validity and cancellation of subscriptions

We do not have a fixed term for our subscriptions. Until the day before the monthly payment is made, you can choose to either pause or cancel your subscription. You can do this by logging into your account with us or by sending us an email.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period for your subscription box but you cannot choose to return selected products from the box. If you want to cancel and return your subscription box, please contact us at kundservice@allafroer.se. You are responsible for the cost of the return and we will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the products.
