Carrots are easy to grow. Sow your carrot seeds when the frost has gone and the soil has dried up. Carrots grow in almost any soil but ideally sandy and loose soil. Sow the seeds about 1 cm deep and 4-5 cm apart. Keep a distance of 30-40cm between rows to make weeding and harvesting easier.
