Pumpkin Apetit is a high-yielding oil pumpkin variety. This variety is grown for seeds. The seeds are large, dark brown, hullless, delicious and prized for their high zinc content. The ripe fruits are round and orange with green stripes. Best grown in a sunny, sheltered spot, in fertile, loose, fast-warming soil. For earlier harvesting, grow from seedlings.
