Brown or Chocolate Bhutlah is a strain of chili pepper, made by an accidental cross-pollination between Trinidad Douglah (also known as 7 pot/pod douglah or 7 pod brown) and Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper). It somehow caused a sensation in the chili pepper community, as its extraordinary heat could outdo the Carolina Reaper. Many chili reviewers have said that it is hotter than the Carolina Reaper, but it is not officially confirmed yet.
The plants grow bushy and are very productive and robust. The fruits have a floral taste and an intense heat.
