This unusual plant produces a variety of blue-violet, tasty pods. After 2-3 minutes of boiling, the color of the pods changes to the usual green color. The pods are 12-16 cm long, delicious and threadless. Beans should not be eaten raw! Thrives in well-drained, loamy and moist soil in a warm location. Keep the soil moist after sowing until germination has started. Great need for water during flowering.
