Nepalese Bell Chili seeds
The Nepalese Bell Chili has a similar bell shape to the Bishop's Crown Chili, but the fruits are larger and not as spicy. With good care, the plants can reach considerable proportions (up to 1.50 meters), produce very high yields and tolerate the central European climate well. The bright red fruits are fruity and flavorful and have a medium spiciness. They can be used in a variety of ways. They are suitable for fresh consumption, but also for cooking, stuffing, grilling and pickling.
The germination temperature is between 20 and 28°C (7-20 days germination time), therefore the use of a greenhouse and a heating mat is recommended. The plants need healthy, well-fertilized, permeable soil and do not tolerate waterlogging. They should be planted in a sunny, sheltered spot with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more. Put the plants outside approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost.
