Terms of Purchase and Delivery
These terms and conditions apply to Theseedstore.eu (Allafroer.se), which is owned and operated by Idéladan AB.
Allafroer.se offers seeds, plants, and gardening products with the goal of making growing easy and enjoyable.
These terms apply to all purchases and orders placed on the site by customers residing in Sweden.
As a customer, you have the right to request information about your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. You also have the right to request that your personal data be corrected or deleted.

Our goal is to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
Delivery Terms
We process your order as quickly as possible—normally the same day or the day after your order.
Standard delivery time is 1–3 days, but during high season it may take longer.
Plant orders are shipped from an external warehouse, where handling time can be up to 10 business days.
Orders are shipped via Postnord.
For plant orders shipped from an external warehouse, another carrier may be used.
We do not take financial responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company.
If you notice damage to your package, you must immediately report it to the post office or other carrier and file a damage report.
Do not collect a damaged package.
If you discover damage after opening the package and it can be attributed to the shipping company’s handling, contact them and file a damage claim.
If the dispute with the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.
If you fail to collect your parcel before it is returned to us (usually 1 month for parcels, 14 days for letters), we will invoice you 350 SEK for handling and processing costs.
Shipping is weight-based, automatically calculated in the online store, and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right for items to sell out and for possible backorders from our suppliers that may affect delivery times.
Right of Withdrawal / Complaints
We follow the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act in accordance with the Consumer Agency’s recommendations.
As a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to live plants, as they deteriorate quickly and are therefore exempt under Swedish law (Act 2005:59, §11 point 4).
This means that orders for plants or other live items cannot be cancelled or returned after shipment.
For other products, a full 14-day withdrawal period applies, provided that the product is in unchanged condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We comply with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, which gives you the right to make a complaint within 3 years of receiving a product if it is defective.
Seeds may be subject to complaint if:
The package contains the wrong variety.
The seeds are clearly defective or damaged upon delivery.
Germination is very low, and there is reasonable suspicion that the batch is faulty.
To claim poor germination, you must provide documentation of how the seeds were sown (e.g. photos, dates, and a description of growing conditions), since germination is affected by temperature, soil, water, and light.
Live plants (seedlings, cuttings, bulbs, tubers) may be subject to complaint if:
They are dead or in very poor condition upon delivery.
(Contact us and take photos of the plants at delivery if you suspect poor condition. Plants may look stressed after shipping but often recover quickly — we will help assess their condition.)The delivered product does not match your order (wrong species or variety).
Complaints do not apply if a plant dies due to drought, frost, improper planting, or other external factors after being delivered in good condition.
Refunds are made using the same payment method and provider as the original payment.

Payment Options
You can pay using several payment options through Qliro or Adyen at checkout.
Choose between Pay Now or Pay Later.

Minimum Order
There is currently no minimum order value.
Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Swedish data protection laws (PUL).
Disputes
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through discussions with our customer service.
