Onion ‘De Vaugirard’

Early variety. Fast-growing.
Used in particular in salads. The smallest bulbs can be used as an ingredient in pickles. Can only be stored for a short period. Place in a sunny position in deep, porous, humus-rich soil. Keep the soil moist after sowing until germination has started. Does not tolerate standing water.
