Rosa ‘Madame Plantier’ is one of the most beautiful old-fashioned shrub roses from France. Growth is vigorous, widespread with overhanging branches, which are almost thornless, and the variety grows to about 150 cm high. Reddish buds and pure white, large, densely filled, bowl-shaped flowers in large groups. The scent is strong with nuances of pear, musk and almond. Blooms beautifully in June and July. Easy to grow, shade tolerant and hardy variety. Suitable for planting as a solitaire, hedge or as a shrubby rose in a flower bed. For best development, place it in nutrient-rich, loamy and well-drained soil.
